Update on DHL saga

Someone from the Managing Director's office (apparently) has responded to my complaint. A very nice lady phoned me up and said "sorry, we haven't handled this very well. We can only apologise and feed it back to the people concerned"

This wasn't very satisfying, and I didn't get an offer of compensation... therefore I have come to the conclusion that I will NEVER use DHL, unless there is no alternative. So there!
